Responsibilities:
Coordinate refurbishment activities and ensure minimal operational disruption and timely project completion
Plan and execute staff and document relocations to ensure seamless transitions
Oversee daily office premises operations (office spaces, car park, furniture) to ensure high operational efficiency and enhance staff satisfaction in the work environment
Manage contractors and assess their performances to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and compliance requirements
Oversee the management of resort houses, gyms, refreshment services (free drinks and fruit), and other wellness initiatives
Monitor user needs and continuously enhance staff well-being offerings
Support budgeting processes and ensure value for money operational activities
Introduce creative and innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency
Supervise an Administration Assistant to carry out labour services and manage the resort house allocation procedures
Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other disciplines
At least 3 years working experience in facility management, administration or project planning
Holder of valid HK driving license class 1 is preferred
Strong co-ordination, problem solving and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, quick to learn, good customer service and detail oriented
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
