Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented talent to join the Manulife MPF Team. The successful candidate will support daily operations related to MPF employer and member data consolidation, reporting, development of engagement materials, as well as the ideation and preparation of engagement initiatives. This position plays an important role in enhancing our engagement with employers and supporting the team's overall business objectives.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support employer segmentation to identify targeted groups for engagement programs.
  • Plan, coordinate, and organize employerrelated engagement activities, campaigns, and events.
  • Prepare, edit, and review bilingual communication materials, including decks and employerfacing content.
  • Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and vendor support for engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct postactivity evaluation, including data consolidation and simple analysis, to measure the effectiveness and success of engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with general administrative and crossteam coordination tasks to ensure smooth execution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in financial services/ customer relations management/ communications/ marketing industry
  • Fresh graduates with strong potential will also be considered
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data handling, analysis, and reporting.
  • Solid writing skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to produce clear and accurate communications.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and responsible team player.
  • Experience in event coordination or multimedia/video production is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of MPF operations or pension administration is a plus.
