Responsibilities:
Responsible for the leasing process including market research, pre-marketing exercise, meeting with retailers, etc. to sustain a high-quality retail portfolio in HKIA
Conduct the tender process, including the preparation of documents and providing evaluation support
Perform daily retail management duties including contract administration, monitoring of licensees business performance, shop inspection, preparation of reports and other retail portfolio administrative tasks
Handle fit-out works coordination including permit application, design submission, liaison with internal departments and site inspection, etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management or related disciplines
At least 3 years relevant experience in leasing and property management industry with sizeable organizations
Candidate with experience in the retail business/ leasing is an advantage
A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is preferred
