Senior Officer, Retail Portfolio

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the leasing process including market research, pre-marketing exercise, meeting with retailers, etc. to sustain a high-quality retail portfolio in HKIA

• Conduct the tender process, including the preparation of documents and providing evaluation support

• Perform daily retail management duties including contract administration, monitoring of licensees business performance, shop inspection, preparation of reports and other retail portfolio administrative tasks

• Handle fit-out works coordination including permit application, design submission, liaison with internal departments and site inspection, etc.

• Perform any ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management or related disciplines

• At least 3 years relevant experience in leasing and property management industry with sizeable organizations

• Candidate with experience in the retail business/ leasing is an advantage

• A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is preferred
