Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Taipei for a General Manager specializing in cycling, baseball, and racquet sports. The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations, drive sales and business growth, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure the success of the Taiwan market. Responsibilities include strategic planning, team leadership, market analysis, business development, and fostering partnerships. The role also emphasizes maintaining brand standards and adapting strategies to local market dynamics.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Experience in business development, sales strategies, and market expansion
• Proficiency in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Passion for sports, particularly cycling, baseball, and racquet sports
• Previous experience in sports or retail industries preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential
