Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and internal sales/service teams to handle post-sales activities (contracts, invoices, order management) and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting service and quality goals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled promptly and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Conduct data analysis and utilize multiple systems and resources to resolve complex customer issues.
- Accurately enter and manage service/sales quotations and orders; assist in supplier negotiations and scheduling service delivery.
- Proactively address customer order-related issues, including calls, emails, logistics, contract progress tracking, and invoicing.
- Prepare and submit accurate documentation to meet customer, financial, and regulatory requirements.
- Adapt to changing business needs and complete tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Comply with company business ethics and policies.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or above, with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or sales support.
- Strong document management skills, detail-oriented, and good time management.
- Highly motivated, proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
- Proficient in Office 365, Excel, Power BI, and other office software.
- Good command of English reading and writing.
- Sales experience is a plus.
