Plan, implement and promote the sales tools needed to support channel exhibitions, including product proposals, auxiliary sales online services, etc., assist in the development of channel exhibition tool systems and process introduction, and ensure the smooth operation of exhibition work.
Responsible for cooperation and management of new/existing channels, effectively coordinating and managing channel issues, providing feedback and providing integrated solutions within the channel's desired timeline.
Work content:
- Plan and implement sales tool projects required for channel exhibition support, and assist exhibition development through system function construction
- Understand user needs, propose system improvement plans, optimize processes, write relevant requirement documents and perform system testing.
- According to the PIC schedule and the timetable for channel products to be put on and off the shelves, work closely with product management, information, legal compliance, marketing literature, policy planning and other departments to design product proposals that comply with regulations and group requirements for use by cooperative channels
- Promote the use of sales tools by partners and propose solutions that meet channel needs.
- Maintain relevant operations, methods and related policies in compliance with practical and legal standards.
- Projects and tasks assigned by other supervisors
Requirements:
- Education: University or above, management or polytechnic, insurance, business management or information-related majors are preferred.
- Professional knowledge/ability: Ability to design Excel functions, compile system requirements, and project planning and management. English proficiency (reading/writing) should be moderate.
- Work experience: More than 2 years of insurance administration/system planning experience, preferably those who are familiar with insurance product knowledge and have channel work experience.
