Handle end-to-end order processing and generate Invoices, Packing Lists, and shipping documentation.
Act as the primary point of contact for local transportation and freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery.
Sample & Technical Asset Tracking
Manage the lifecycle of Demo Samples and Evaluation Boards (EVB), including dispatch and return tracking.
Coordinate with FAEs to ensure samples reach customers for testing on schedule.
Administrative Support
Manage daily mail delivery, courier services, and document filing.
Monitor payment status and follow up on overdue accounts receivable.
