Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Job Description / Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, renew, update, and maintain sales orders in SAP, coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, and Configuration teams to ensure accurate allocations, configurations, and pricing.
  • Support sales order booking and shipment processes, including reconciliation between SAP, Caerus, and booking snapshots, and coordination with internal teams and external customers/logistics partners.
  • Manage quarter-end close activities in collaboration with Corporate Finance and Order Administration.
  • Coordinate divisional tool slotting with Master Scheduler and participate in regular divisional meetings on order status, forecasts, and order reviews.
  • Identify and escalate scheduling, shipment, and delivery issues, and drive resolution to closure.
  • Review and support approvals for non-standard terms and conditions in accordance with Corporate Bookings Policy.
  • Provide focused support during peak periods, especially at fiscal quarter-end.

Minimum / Preferred Qualifications

Strong skills in data management, analysis, and reporting, with experience driving process improvements. Effective communication skills to resolve order-related issues cross-functionally and cross-regionally. Ability to work independently under pressure, adapt to change, and exercise sound judgment within defined policies. SAP experience required, with solid knowledge of order management processes. Experience working cross-functionally within Business Operations. Basic understanding of logistics-related legal considerations. Proficient in English (written and spoken). Strong proficiency in MS Office and Power BI for data management and analysis.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
