Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be a strategic and handson marketing leader responsible for driving our brand positioning, demand generation, and gotomarket initiatives across multiple Asian markets (including Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, etc). This role works very closely with RecruitFirst business leaders in the regions to enable brand marketing through integrated marketing strategies.

This role requires someone who is equally comfortable shaping regional strategy and executing localized campaigns in collaboration with country teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regional Marketing Strategy & Business Partnership

  • Develop and execute a regional marketing strategy aligned with RecruitFirst's commercial priorities across different regions.
  • Partner closely with Regional Directors, Country Heads, and senior business leaders to support growth, market penetration, and revenue objectives.
  • Translate business goals into clear marketing roadmaps, priorities, and success metrics.

2. Integrated Campaigns & Demand Generation

  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across digital, content, events, PR, and partnerships.
  • Drive lead generation, brand awareness, and client acquisition through targeted, measurable campaigns.
  • Ensure regional consistency while allowing flexibility for local market adaptation.

3. Brand, Content & Communications

  • Strengthen and safeguard the RecruitFirst brand across all markets, ensuring consistent messaging, positioning, and visual identity.
  • Oversee development of regional thought leadership, employer branding, and client-facing content.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver highquality marketing outputs.

4. Performance Management & Capability Building

  • Track and analyze marketing performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution; provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Optimize marketing effectiveness using data, market insights, and best practices.
  • Enable collaboration and knowledge sharing across markets, supporting continuous improvement of regional marketing capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • 5-8 years of brand marketing experience, preferable with regional or APACfocused role.
  • Strong background in marketing; experience in agency, recruitment, professional services, or human capital solutions is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders across multiple markets and cultures.
  • Strong campaign management, digital marketing, and commercial acumen.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with handson execution.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to collaborate across time zones; occasional travel may be required.
