Who we are looking for
We are seeking a dynamic, high-performing Marketing Manager to lead Dyson Taiwan's Home Category the engine of our business. You will be the brand and business owner of Dyson's most influential portfolio, driving strategies that accelerate market share growth and brand power elevation.
You will collaborate across a complex matrix of stakeholders Greater China and Global Category teams, Taiwan cross-functional teams, distributor, and external agencies to shape breakthrough launches and business outcomes. This role demands both strategic leadership and bold, hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do
Category Leadership
- Lead category strategy and portfolio roadmap grounded in deep insight and competitive intelligence
- Own business results: market share, brand power, and innovation performance KPIs
- Manage marketing investment with proactive performance tracking and clear forecasting discipline
Data, Insights & Performance Optimization
- Turn category, consumer and competitive insights (GfK, Newron) into actionable growth levers
- Analyze campaign and sell-out performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Champion data-powered thinking to guide decision-making and resource prioritization
Brand Building & IMC Excellence
- Build brand desirability by strengthening Dyson's leadership in engineering excellence and beautiful design
- Lead 360 integrated campaigns brand creative, digital, media, PR, influencer and retail activation
- Adapt global campaigns into powerful, locally relevant narratives that drive conversion and advocacy
Commercial & Distributor Partnership
- Shape product and pricing strategies with distributor to protect Dyson's premium equity
- Elevate omni-channel conversion through messaging hierarchy, launch toolkits, and path-to-purchase optimization
- Drive media and performance marketing efficiency through data-led optimization
Matrix Collaboration & Governance
- Influence Greater China and Global teams to secure alignment, support, and approvals
- Govern external agencies with clear KPIs, accountability, and excellence in delivery
What you bring
- 10+ years of brand marketing experience in multinational environments (FMCG and consumer tech highly preferred)
- Proven track record of market share growth and successful hero product launches
- Demonstrated excellence in agency and stakeholder leadership from strategic briefing to execution and evaluation
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret insight and data into growth actions
- Creative and inventive mindset challenges convention and builds new paths forward
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and presentation capability to influence senior stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on executor with passion to test, learn, and accelerate
- Fluent written and spoken English
