Role Description
This is a hybrid role based in Taipei City for an Account Manager at uSMART Securities Limited, with the option to work remotely part of the time. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, and assisting with financial service needs. In addition, the role involves identifying new business opportunities, providing expert advice on investment products, and collaborating with internal teams to provide customer-focused solutions. Regular communication with clients to provide updates and support is an essential aspect of this position.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience in building and maintaining professional client relationships
- Understanding of financial services, securities brokerage operations, and investment products
- Proficiency in account management and customer service best practices
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and an ability to provide tailored solutions to clients financial needs
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin ; knowledge of Cantonese or Japanese and other language is a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in the securities or financial services industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred
