Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Taipei for an International Account Manager. The role involves managing relationships with international clients, supporting their needs, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities include developing and executing account strategies, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction, and analyzing market trends to contribute to strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for global accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and representing SUPACAZ's brand values internationally.

Qualifications
  • Strong account management and client relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis, sales strategy development, and identifying business opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and ensure timely project delivery
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • A passion for cycling or familiarity with the cycling industry is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; relevant work experience in international sales or account management
