Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Taipei for a Key Account Manager. The role involves managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, driving business growth through effective customer relationship management, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily activities will include business planning, analyzing client needs, providing solutions, and acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams. The Key Account Manager will play a strategic role in identifying opportunities to grow and develop client partnerships.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Key Account Management and Account Management to develop and sustain strong client relationships.
  • Strong Customer Service skills to deliver exceptional support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated Business Planning skills to create strategies for growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to assess market trends and client needs effectively.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
  • Experience in relevant industries such as medical, furniture, ergonomic, or industrial sectors is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in local and English languages, both written and verbal.
