My client is seeking 2 senior professionals to expand its team of AI and Data Analytics. These roles cover business stakeholder management, business transformation, end-to-end technology solution design & delivery involving GenAI, and offshore team management in an agile environment. Candidates must be proactive, self-motivated and passionate with relevant business and technology experience to transform all lines of operation business.

Requirements for AI architecture:

• Educated to degree level standard or above in information technology, computer science, engineering, or relevant field
• 10+ years in an architect role ideally with insurance and/or health provider industry experiences with a desire to assume greater responsibilities as a leader and mentor, while remaining hands-on
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI architecture design and implementation for large-scale enterprise AI solutions
• Experience influencing solution direction and standard adoption using architecture capability, building blocks, strategies and roadmaps
• Experience work in complex IT environments, and able to prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing context
• Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions
• Experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and AI model governance. (E.g. RAG, AI data capture, Agentic AI, MCP protocol)
• Familiarity with insurance-specific GenAI applications (e.g., policy summarization, chatbot assistants, fraud detection).

Requirements for Data Analytics stream:

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Data and Information Management, Statistics or a related discipline
• A data scientist with minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in developing and executing large scale analytics deliverables/ projects in the Financial Services Industry
• Deep experience in applying artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques/ algorithms, infused with industry knowledge, to enhance business strategies
• Proficient in programming languages like Python and SAS, and experienced in working with data manipulation, analysis, machine learning, web crawling and NLP
• Strong in transforming analytical concepts and developments into business strategies and applications for the uplift of business value
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
• Continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
