Senior Supply Chain / Procurement Manager/ Vendor Manager ASIC Manufacturing (Assembly & Test)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain / Procurement Manager to play a key role in developing and executing sourcing strategies across ASIC manufacturing, with a particular focus on assembly and test operations. This role will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and ensuring supplier capacity aligns with production requirements.
Working closely with engineering, production planning, and operations teams, the successful candidate will support the full ASIC manufacturing lifecycle, from wafer fabrication through OSAT assembly, testing, and final delivery. The role will involve frequent collaboration with external OSAT partners and semiconductor suppliers in Taiwan, while coordinating with global stakeholders.
As this is a standalone position in Taiwan, the successful candidate must be comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy while maintaining strong alignment with international teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for ASIC manufacturing, with strong focus on assembly and test services (OSAT).
- Evaluate, qualify, and select semiconductor suppliers and OSAT partners in collaboration with engineering and technical teams.
- Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, capacity agreements, and long-term supply contracts.
- Manage supplier performance, capacity planning, and risk mitigation to ensure continuity of production.
- Maintain strong relationships with OSAT partners and semiconductor suppliers across Taiwan and Asia.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with global teams including engineering, operations, and production planning.
- Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, and cost drivers within the semiconductor ecosystem.
- Ensure alignment between supply chain strategy and ASIC product development / production schedules.
Candidate Profile
- 510+ years of experience in semiconductor supply chain, procurement, or sourcing.
- Strong experience with ASIC manufacturing flows, particularly assembly and test (OSAT).
- Proven experience managing supplier relationships and commercial negotiations within the semiconductor ecosystem.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end semiconductor manufacturing, including wafer fabrication, packaging, and test processes.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional and international environment.
- Ability to work independently and build supplier networks in Taiwan.
Education
- Master's degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Language Requirements
- Fluent Mandarin (Taiwanese) mandatory
- Fluent English mandatory
