Job Description

Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world's largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Supply Chain Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on driving digital transformation within TSMC 3DFabric supply chain management, encompassing outside-in solution provision, integrated & optimized planning, business process re-engineering, infrastructure (Product Life Management/ Product Data Management), and end-to-end logistics integration.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead digital transformation initiatives for 3DFabric supply chain management, ensuring seamless integration of state-of-the-art technologies and business transformation.

2. Collaborate with external solution providers to optimize supply chain processes and implement integrated planning solutions for better efficiency and effectiveness.

3. Design and develop infrastructure for PLM/PDM to support other surrounding/ downstream systems.

4. Provide business process re-engineering (BPR) services and end-to-end logistics solutions for IT projects to enable/ enhance 3DFabric new businesses.

Job Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, supply chain management, digital transformation, or consulting firms.

2. Master's degree in Industrial Engineering/ Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration.

3. Strong familiarity with supply chain software solutions, large-scale project management and business process re-engineering.

4. Knowledge of advanced packaging, data analysis, Agile methodology, and IT-related technologies is a plus.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead project team, collaborate effectively and efficiently with cross-functional teams.

6. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation projects within the supply chain management domain.

2. Experience with PLM/ PDM systems and their integration into supply chain processes.

3. Integrate end-to-end logistics solutions from demand to delivery.

4. Demonstrate ability to provide advanced packaging solutions.
