Job Description
This role plays a critical part in driving the commercial success of Visa's Risk & Data VAS portfolio in Taiwan. The Senior Manager is expected to own and drive market‑level growth for Risk & Data VAS in Taiwan, partnering with Account Executives to deliver new revenue, renewals, and expansion against defined sales targets. What's more, this role also requires to design go-to-market strategy, client engagement, and execution of Visa's Risk & Data Value-Added Services in Taiwan, in close partnership with Regional and Cluster VAS teams and local Risk and Account Executives team.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Deliver Risk VAS sales targets in Taiwan and credibly sell to issuers and acquirers
- Partner closely with Account Executives and VAS Sales Specialists to build pipeline, prioritize opportunities, and accelerate deal progression
- Lead client-facing solution pitches, executive discussions, and commercial workshops for Risk Solutions to issuers and processing partners, including fraud teams, risk owners, and technology decision makers
- Support deal structuring, pricing logic, and commercial positioning for Risk & Data solutions in collaboration with Sales, Legal, and Finance
- Drive sales readiness by enabling internal teams with clear value propositions, use cases, and competitive positioning
- Act as a key liaison between Taiwan stakeholders and regional/global VAS team to ensure feedback loops and continuous product improvement
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
What you will need:
6+ years of experience in product management, solution management, project management, or management consulting within financial institutions, card schemes, fintechs, or payment ecosystems
Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise or B2B solution sales, including client pitch, value articulation, and deal shaping for complex, multi‑stakeholder solutions
Proven ability to translate product capabilities into client‑ready commercial narratives, supporting pipeline creation, renewals, and solution expansion
Experience working on commercial discussions, including pricing logic, contract considerations, and partnership structures, in collaboration with Account executive, Legal, and Finance
Understanding of Risk, Fraud, Dispute, and Data-driven payment solutions, including regulatory, compliance, and client deployment considerations is a plus
Proven ability to lead go-to-market strategy, manage multiple workstreams, and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed organization
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English and Mandarin
