Job Description

Work Mode: Onsite

BASIC FUNCTION

Supports the planning of category and channel strategy and collaborates with Northeast Asia regional marketing and other cross-functional team in execution to achieve the sales targets. This includes the optimization of products and pricing in all channels.

Specific Responsibilities

Channel & Category Strategy Support:

  • Analyze market information related to competitors activities such as new products, new channels, promotions, campaigns, advertisements etc.
  • Keep track of sell-in/sell-out for retailers on key categories, retail promotions to ensure the channel marketing strategies are effective
  • Ensure timely roll out of new products to respective channel platforms
  • Support the development of product list, promotions and other events in the showroom as well as work closely with retail sales/ respective teams to ensure effective product and channel mix and delivery.
  • Work closely with respective plant engineers and category leaders to address retail and project product enquiries, from internal and external sales teams.
  • Support product marketing assets or resources to internal team and distributors. Training & Product Presentation:
  • Partner with respective teams to compile and update product training materials for internal and external sales teams, as well as support brand and product presentation for key designers and developers.

Marketing Support:


  • Work closely with Marketing Communications & Digital to develop marketing tools to promote products in the showroom, outdoor and other potential channels.
  • Website product information update and new product list.

RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS


  • Report to General Manager, K&B Taiwan & Hong Kong

External/ Internal Relationship


  • Close collaboration with representatives from distributor(s).
  • Frequent communication with technical team, sales and marketing teams in the region.

Skills/Requirements


  • University degree in marketing or related discipline
  • With a minimum of 3-4 years solid working experience in product or channel marketing.
  • Good spoken and written English language skills
  • Computer literate with strong data analytical skills
  • Detail oriented and thorough
