We are looking for a Territory Channel Marketing Specialist to support regional marketing programs and channel execution across the APAC region.
In this role, you will collaborate with marketing and sales teams across 16 countries to plan and implement channel campaigns, retail promotions, and product display initiatives, ensuring consistent brand representation and strong market performance.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute channel marketing programs and promotional activities to support regional business goals.
- Coordinate with local and regional teams to manage product displays, campaigns, and in-store marketing initiatives.
- Track campaign performance and prepare ROI and effectiveness reports with actionable recommendations.
- Manage promoter operations including training, monitoring, and performance tracking.
- Collect market feedback and retail insights to identify opportunities for improvement in channel execution.
- Consolidate data from different markets to support quarterly and annual reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in channel marketing, retail operations, or trade marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing ROI, retail activation, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills across multicultural teams.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, able to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficient in English; additional Asian language skills are a plus.
- Experience working on regional marketing projects across multiple APAC markets.
- Hands-on experience with promoter program management or retail activation.
- Familiarity with Google My Business or retail visibility management tools
