Job Description
- Identify, target, and acquire large-scale corporate clients, with a focus on high-potential industries such as tech, manufacturing, and finance.
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales process, including prospecting, needs discovery, customized proposal development, pitching, and deal closing.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers (HR, admin, procurement, ESG teams), understanding their business goals and positioning foodpanda's corporate solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and departments to ensure seamless onboarding, launch execution, and service quality for enterprise clients.
- Track sales progress using CRM, manage pipeline stages, and regularly report opportunity status and forecast to management.
- Drive GMV growth through new enterprise acquisition and expansion within existing clients.
- Stay updated on corporate welfare trends, ESG policies, and digital transformation opportunities to offer consultative advice to clients.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or B2B business development.
- Proven track record of closing mid- to large-scale corporate deals
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior HR, admin, and executive-level stakeholders.
- Structured, strategic thinker with solid proposal writing and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented, capable of working with long sales cycles
- Fluent in Mandarin; able to handle internal communication or deck reviews in English
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
Additional Information
Nice to Have
- Relevant experience in industries such as HR-tech, SaaS, F&B services, or corporate welfare, ideally within a B2B sales or client-facing function.
- Familiar with procurement and internal approval processes in large corporations
- Comfortable with outbound lead generation, industry mapping, and cold outreach
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and Excel for pipeline and revenue tracking
