Lead and coordinate export sales and NPI project with mutual partnership and enhancement of customer service.
Develop export strategies in cross sourcing, new market, etc in concert with each business sector to boost the export sales as well as to create Regional synergy.
Execution end to end process about customer ordering management, coordinate production plan, on time delivery to meet sourcing country requirement.
Manage all shipping documents and work with custom brokers and mill logistics for a smooth export process and on time delivery.
System maintenance about new products registration and master data setting.
Customer service about expense claim, customer complaint coordinate, issue PO etc.
Export expense management if needed.
New opportunity connect with export market.
Continued drive process simplification.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in export sales, export operations, order management, NPI coordination, or international trade.
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Business, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
Good English proficiency.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Customer service experience, with strong problemsolving ability and a customercentric mindset.
Proficient in computer applications, including SAP, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
