The key responsibility is to support Brokerage counter administrative services covering new business application documents, payments and after sales service from Broker partners.Besides, the role is also support and maintain application forms and materials inventory stock and delivery logistics to business partners.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide Brokerage counter administrative services
Handle daily incoming application documents and payment submission including NB paper applications, after sales services forms & documents, and payments from Broker partners
Handle daily outgoing documents including disbursement cheques, marketing materials and policy contract delivery arrangements to Broker partners via courier services
Arrange NB and after sales application documents with scanning team and prepare payment header for cashier upload
Support administrative email enquiries from Broker partners/Business team
Support and maintain inventory stock of product and marketing materials, applicat ion forms, promotional materials and incentive items and delivery logistics
Required Qualifications:
Certificate / Diploma holder in any discipline
3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in individual insurance industry/Brokerage is preferable
Customer services experience is well regarded
IIQE/LOMA qualification is an advantage
Attentive to details, proactive and responsible
Good communication and interpersonal skills with (internal & external business partners)
Ensure quality and effective service delivery
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
PC literate in Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
