FWD Financial Planning Limited is an expanding SFC, Insurance and MPF licensebrokerfirm. We target to attract top-class financial advisers to deliver quality financial planning advices to clients. Guided by the customer-centric principle, the company will ensure our financial advisors to deliver the most suitable advices to the clients in order to meet clients financial planning needs.
The Job
Support the Business Development Team in assisting sales channels for investment brokerage operations under SFC licensing.
Conduct due diligence and onboarding for investment funds maintain the company's approved investment list.
Prepare and distribute monthly fund rankings to all SFC-licensed consultants.
Act as the primary liaison for front-line channels, including Life Agent Advisors and In-house Advisors.
Manage the SFC licensing application process for Life Agents and In-house Advisors.
Organize and track CPT hours for SFC-licensed representatives.
Monitor timely submission of Annual Returns via individual SFC portals.
Drive sales growth and support achievement of sales targets.
Provide business and administrative support to front-line SFC-licensed representatives.
Coordinate ad hoc cross-team projects as required.
The Person
Higher Diploma or above in a relevant discipline
At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience is required.
Positive attitude and detail-oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Basic proficiency in English and Chinese writing.
SFC and IA license are an advantage.
Immediate availability is preferred.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer.
