Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on, self-motivated Senior Marketing Executive to join our Asia team, based in Taiwan. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing Asia, you will be the local marketing-in-charge for Taiwan, responsible for executing ALICE + OLIVIA brand strategy on the ground. In this role, you will be collaborating with various functional departments from time to time, working closely with local agencies, vendors and industry stakeholders to drive brand awareness, desirability, traffic, and results for Asia & Taiwan. Occasional business travel may be required depending on projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. PR & Influencers Management

  • Manage TW PR agency while building local press and influencer relationships to secure quality coverage, dressing & loan opportunities
  • Track and report TW coverages, consolidate Asia PR clipping reports for HQ

2. Social Media & Marketing Activations

  • Execute the annual marketing plan as aligned with the Asia strategy
  • Manage the monthly LINE social broadcast and content refresh – posting plan, copywriting, asset adaptation, scheduling, advertising plan and reporting
  • Maximize assigned TW marketing budget – ensuring spent wisely and tracked properly
  • Lead in-store activations with quality output and seamless executions. Coordinate with local retail teams to ensure brand consistency and elevated experiences.

3. Marketing Ops & Communications Support

  • Assist with marketing materials request with HQ team, assets adaption to support local communications need
  • Process marketing invoices and track expenses against provided budget
  • Assist Asia PR samples tracking and documentation with related agency
  • Work closely with local retail teams, vendors, and agencies to ensure execution excellence
  • Support the Head of Marketing on ad-hoc projects and assigned tasks as needed
  • Participating in relevant meetings and share local insights to inform broader Asia strategy

  • Qualifications & Skills

    • 3–5 years in marketing, PR, or brand management – preferably in fashion, beauty, FMCG, marketing agencies
    • Can-do spirit, open-minded, problem-solver, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with teams
    • Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
    • Proven experiences in KOL/celebrity pitching, PR sample management, and agency coordination
    • Basic graphic adaptation skills (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator) – resizing, text editing, simple asset creations
    • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word), Google Slides, and certain project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
