Senior Manager, Business Strategy

The role will be accountable for the business strategies and business planning for bancassurance and brokerage of Partnership Distribution. It requires a thorough understanding of the business and close collaborations with internal stakeholders and business partners throughout the process to implement effective strategies which help the channel to maximize the business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Formulate and design business strategies and drive innovative projects / effective programs to capture untapped business opportunities in different customer segment to grow the partnership with diversified business portfolio.

• Assist in business plan formulation, actively collaborate with business partners and internal stakeholders to ensure business initiatives are effective and aligned with business partner's vision and strategies.

• Identify business opportunities to deepen customer relationship, design tactical program to cross/up sell our existing customers and capture maturity proceed based on the customer analytics.

• Assist in the strategic planning for new business opportunities with effective initiatives to grow the partnership business.

Job Requirements

• University graduate, preferably in business discipline.

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in insurance/banking/ financial services sector with at least 3 years in managerial role on product or business development.

• Knowledge of life insurance products

• Solid experience in life insurance product development

• Strong presentation and project management skills

• Strong business acumen and marketing sense, with good analytical skill

• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset

• Reliable, self-motivated and capable to work well under tight schedule

• Good interpersonal skills to interact and communicate with people from a diversity of backgrounds

• Efficient MS application and Chinese input

• Fluent in written and spoken English
