First Page Digital is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Executive who loves to drive game changing digital marketing campaigns through targeted traffic increase and conversions. Job Description:

• Be the account lead and consultant for a portfolio of client accounts.
• Strategic planning, execution, and project management of successful holistic digital marketing campaigns with SEO as the foundation and integrated with SEM and Social.
• Work with our SEO Technical Team, SEO Content Team, PPC Team and Strategy Team to build a long-term successful campaign for our clients!
• Work with the SEO Technical Team to audit clients website and provide improvement recommendations and solutions.
• Work with Performance Media Execution Team for strategy, media planning, forecast and ongoing optimisations of performance campaigns across Google, Facebook and other Social Media platforms.
• Work with Content Team for content strategy and content deliverables for clients solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, assess digital campaign trends, prepare and handle reporting/data analysis & identify growth opportunities.
• Manage and develop lasting client relationships.
• Client servicing for SME or ENT level brands and organizations.
• Conducting campaign analysis, market research and competitor analysis for clients
• Identify, evaluate, and take actions to improve campaigns effectiveness, efficiency and quality of service.
• Provide timely reporting, conference calls with clients to review campaign performance.
• Finding opportunities for renewals, upsell and cross-sells.

What we need:

• 5 years of agency experience in managing campaigns across multiple industries and market segments, with SEO fundamental knowledge
• Good knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Search Console and popular research Tools such as AHREFS, SimilarWeb, SEMrush and many more!
• Client servicing role in prior career will be an added advantage
• Good writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Someone who values quality; you care about craftsmanship and take pride in their work.
• An experienced SEO & SEM Campaign Manager with SEO & PPC knowledge (AdWords, FB Business Manager & etc) is a plus.
• Strong with GA and tracking capabilities.
• Analytical - reads and understands the data to make informed decisions.
• A passion for learning and enhancing your existing skills.
• Able to work within tight deadlines
• A team player
• Added bonus if the candidate is able to communicate effectively in Chinese
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• Relationship builder and constantly strives to establish good relationship with internal and external partners for the benefit of the company
• Good project management skills with experience in resource planning and timeline management.
