About This Role
VISIBILITI is a performance-driven digital marketing agency with over 13 years of experience helping Singapore's education and lifestyle brands grow through paid media that actually converts. We specialise in the education sector, working with established names in enrichment, preschool, and learning programmes, and we hold ourselves accountable to the same standard we expect from our campaigns: results.
We're looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist or Team Lead who is either already leading a paid media team or is actively working towards a leadership role. This is not a role for someone who wants to stay heads-down in execution forever. You'll be expected to own campaign performance, influence how the team operates, and grow into or continue in a leadership capacity.

What You'll Own
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, build, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Search, YouTube, and Google Display
- Own full-funnel thinking from audience segmentation and creative direction through to landing page performance and conversion outcomes
- Take full accountability for client KPIs including CPL, ROAS, and lead quality; not just delivery, but outcomes
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse campaign data to surface actionable insights, not just numbers
- Produce client-ready reports that tell a clear performance story and make confident recommendations
- Identify issues and opportunities early and act on them without being prompted
Client & Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with account managers and creative teams to ensure campaigns are well-supported end-to-end
- Lead or participate in client strategy calls and represent paid media with authority
- Contribute to campaign ideation, ad copy direction, and creative briefs; you understand what makes an ad work, not just how to set one up
Team Leadership
- Lead, guide, or mentor junior specialists on best practices, platform mechanics, and strategic thinking
- Take ownership of how the paid media function operates, including workflows, quality standards, and performance reviews
- Shape internal playbooks and contribute to how the team grows and improves over time
What We're Looking For
Experience
- Minimum 4 to 5 years running paid media campaigns, with at least 3 of those in an agency environment
- Currently in a team lead or senior role, or demonstrably ready to step into one
- Has independently managed a portfolio of clients, not just supported a senior
- Experience working with education, services, or B2C clients preferred
Skills
- Strong analytical mindset; you can read a dashboard and know what it's telling you
- Able to write or brief compelling ad copy; you understand messaging, not just mechanics
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4)
- Comfortable with reporting tools such as Looker Studio or equivalent
- Solid understanding of pixel and tag setup, conversion tracking, and attribution
- AI Workflow experience is an added advantage

- You lead by example; you hold yourself to the same standard you'd expect from your team
- You take full ownership; if a campaign underperforms, you're already on it before anyone asks
- You are intellectually curious; you follow platform changes, test new approaches, and bring learning back to the team
- Leadership is something you actively want, not something you'd consider if asked
