Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Designer to play a key role in crafting innovative and strategic design solutions for our clients. This is a full-time, on-site position, located in Taipei City. The Senior Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute creative visual designs for branding projects. Responsibilities include developing brand identities, creating visual communication materials, participating in brainstorming sessions, and ensuring deliverables align with strategic objectives and client needs. As a Senior Designer, you will also mentor junior designers and contribute to refining DDG's design practices.

Qualifications

• Advanced design skills in brand identity, typography, key visual, and layout
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and the latest AI tools
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, including experience with brand identity development
• Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and present design ideas
• A keen eye for detail and consistency in delivering high-quality work
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a brand consultancy or design agency
• Familiarity with motion design, 3D design, space design, website, or branding film is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is strongly preferred
