The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who is passionate about crafting meaningful product experiences and thrives on building products from 0 to 1.
You will be the design anchor for our proprietary AI hardware product lines. Working closely with Product Managers and Engineers, you will define interaction models, visual language, and end-to-end user experiences that delight users and drive engagement.
What You Will Do
- Lead Product UI/UX Design: Take ownership of the design for our AI-driven products, specifically focusing on the companion mobile apps and their integration with hardware devices.
- End-to-End Design Execution: Drive the entire design process, from defining user flows and wireframes to delivering high-fidelity visual interfaces.
- Ensure Seamless Integration: Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure consistency and usability across both software and hardware touchpoints.
- Drive Business Impact: Optimize key user journeys, such as subscription and checkout flows, utilizing data and user insights to continuously improve conversion and retention.
- Innovate with AI: Actively integrate AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Figma AI plugins) into your workflow to accelerate ideation, visual exploration, and concept validation.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design.
- Track Record: Proven hands-on experience delivering App or Web products from concept to launch.
- Tool Proficiency: Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- AI Adaptability: Strong familiarity with applying AI tools to design workflows.
- Maker Mindset: You enjoy getting your hands dirty and have a passion for building products from scratch to solve real problems.
Bonus Points
- Experience with hardware-integrated, IoT, or connected devices.
- Personal interest in ACG (Anime, Comic, Games), character IPs, or family-oriented products.
- Skills in Motion Design or basic 3D modeling.
