(Senior) Accountant

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented accounting professional to join our fast-growing and dynamic team.

This role will be responsible for daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and treasury activities, while also contributing to financial management and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping activities related to retail operations.
2. Manage domestic and overseas vendor payments and related accounting processes.
3. Prepare monthly financial statements, consolidated financial reports, and various account reconciliation schedules.
4. Handle Taiwan VAT filing and other related tax activities.
5. Support annual financial statement audits and audit preparation activities.
6. Participate in annual budgeting processes, including budget execution tracking and variance analysis.
7. Perform treasury-related activities, including bank receipts and payments, fund transfers, petty cash management, and expense reimbursement processing.
8. Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Candidate requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting, treasury, or finance-related roles.
• Proficiency in writing business emails in English.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Experience with accounting systems such as SUN System and SAP is highly preferred.
