Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic business development, including identifying and approaching potential clients
• Promote new and existing CRIF products and solutions to target markets
• Manage order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely coordination with internal teams
• Develop, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
• Provide customer service and account management, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly
• Conduct domestic travel to meet clients, attend meetings, and support sales activities
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to support sales strategy and product development

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, financial services, data solutions, or related industries
• Proven ability to develop new clients and close sales opportunities
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience in customer relationship management and account servicing
• Comfortable with domestic travel across Taiwan
• Valid driver's license with driving experience preferred
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently
• Proficient in Mandarin Chinese; basic English communication skills are an advantage
