Frando is a Taiwan-based motorcycle brake system manufacturer with customers in over 40 countries. We are looking for an enthusiastic International Sales Specialist to expand our global dealer network and strengthen our international brand presence.

Responsibilities|工作內容
- Develop and manage overseas distributors and business partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide professional sales support.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand international markets.
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Participate in international motorcycle exhibitions and business meetings.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist with product launches and international marketing activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.

- 維繫既有客戶關係,提供專業銷售及售後服務。
- 開拓海外市場,尋找新的商業合作機會。
- 製作報價、商業提案及經銷合作文件。
- 協調公司內部各部門,確保訂單、生產及出貨順利進行。
- 參與國際展覽、商務拜訪及海外客戶接待。
- 蒐集市場資訊及競品分析。
- 協助新品上市及國際品牌推廣活動。
- 回覆海外客戶詢問並提供售後支援。
Requirements|資格條件
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 2+ years of international sales or export business experience.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel internationally.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- 大學以上學歷。
- 具 2 年以上國際業務或海外市場開發經驗。
- 英文聽說讀寫流利。
- 具良好溝通、談判及簡報能力。
- 具客戶關係維護能力。
- 能獨立作業並配合海外出差。
- 熟悉 Office 文書軟體。
Preferred Qualifications|加分條件
- Passionate about motorcycles, motorsports, or the automotive industry.
- Experience in motorcycle, automotive, bicycle, sporting goods, or performance parts industries.
- Experience working with international distributors or OEM/ODM customers.
- Experience attending international trade shows.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping, and export procedures.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- 熱愛機車文化,對重機、機車改裝、賽車或汽機車產業有高度興趣。
- 具機車、汽車、自行車、改裝品、運動用品等相關產業經驗尤佳。
- 具海外經銷商管理或 OEM/ODM 客戶合作經驗。
- 曾參與國際展覽或海外商務開發。
- 熟悉國際貿易流程、Incoterms、出口作業及物流安排。
- 具第二外語能力者佳(日文、西班牙文、泰文等)。
