SALES MANAGER

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading the sales team to achieve company revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Negotiate contracts, quotations, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
• Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Represent the company at business meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve client issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant sales or business development experience, including experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to travel for business meetings and client visits when required.
