Job Description

Sales Manager

Industry: Electronic components/ Semiconductor distribution/ electronics manufacturing

Position Summary:

As our company continues to grow and expand, Ameya360 is looking for a committed and versatile strategic sales representative of enterprise sales who is ready to drive revenue for our non-franchised business as well as our core business of electronic component distribution. The candidate will be expected to participate in creating quarterly and yearly KPIs as a result and stride to achieve them by building necessary teams and processes.

Responsibilities:

1.Build up rapport and relationship with customers and suppliers.

2.Daily contact with customers to promote product offerings, services and capabilities.

3.Monitor and control response to customer requirements for initial contact or order fulfillment.

4.Develop new customers & increase customer base.

5.Achieve the Sales target.

6.Perform a wide range of major sales activities including handling customer requirements, proposals, negotiations, and administering company sales policies & procedures.

7.Negotiate terms of delivery for contract sales, payment terms and develop credit extensions and increase credit limit.

Requirements:

1.At least 3 years business experience worked with electronics background.

2.Familiar with IC,memory, power device products.

3.Familiar with global and local EMS, OEM, ODM, IDH, and can penetrate soon.

4.Graduated from Electronics engineering or sales or marketing major.

5.Microsoft tools and CRM friendly.

6.Good communication skills; bilingual English.

7.Diligent, responsible, aggressive, and self-motivated.

Salary and income package:

A very competitive base + uncapped commission + bonus
