The Risk & Procurement Team supports all departments overall operation risk as well as their plans on procuring any purchase other than non-production material. We are excited to have a new Assistant joining us in May 2026!
Duration:
From May 1, 2026 to Nov 30, 2026
Tasks:
Risk-
• Assist on internal policy implementation with relevant control monitoring and preparing basic training
• Support departments on regular or ad-hoc risk reporting by collecting and reviewing supporting documents and assess the potential need of process improvement
Procurement-
• Support in ensuring accurate procurement results tracking and reporting with stakeholders.
• File and analyse proper approval documentation incl tender documents, bid tabulation etc.
• Support in procurement optimization process.
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing or completed a degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Economics, Business or equivalent
• Great English and Chinese (traditional) communication skill, both verbal and written
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and SAP MM (Major plus)
• Team-oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding

• Previous internship/work experience or international experience is a plus
