Your Job

The Engineering Coordinator acts as the central hub of our engineering team, bridging the gap between technical execution and executive reporting. This role ensures the seamless flow of design assets through the development pipeline while transforming raw system data into actionable insights for leadership. Beyond tracking, you will drive continuous productivity improvements by maintaining performance dashboards and establishing team-wide best practices through a structured SharePoint environment.

What You Will Do

  • Aggregate and validate engineering operational data, transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable visualizations and executive presentations.
  • Design, maintain, and scale engineering dashboards to provide real-time, accurate visibility into project progress and quality benchmarks.
  • Provide planning and logistical support for high-stake internal or external meetings/events, facilitating an environment that ensures maximum productivity and clear outcomes.
  • Optimize engineering knowledge management by centralizing and maintaining a library of best practices, design guidelines, and project templates to drive departmental efficiency.
  • Maintain the integrity of internal engineering task management systems (JIRA, SharePoint, etc.) by overseeing data entry, tracking status, and identifying opportunities to improvement.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


Bachelor's degree from an accredited domestic or international institution.

l Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics, process optimization, or continuous improvement initiatives.

l Expert proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel capabilities including complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros.

l Fluent in English with the professional confidence to engage effectively with international colleagues and senior executives.

l Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced global environment.

What Will Put You Ahead

l Major in engineering, Business, Finance, or related analytical field.

l Proven track record of synthesizing large datasets into executive-level presentations that drive strategic decision-making and actionable recommendations.
