Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
  • 2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in university, campus, early-career recruiting or hiring for specific programs.
  • Experience designing and executing recruiting strategies to attract talents.
  • Ability to build strong, trusted relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and university partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and navigate a complex, data-driven organization.

As a Recruiter, you will be a key contributor to our talent ecosystem, supporting delivery for programs aligned to market priorities, including campus and gReach. You will support the entire recruiting lifecycle through close partnership with the wider People Operations (Pops) community and the business.

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit talent in an engaged market to effectively support hiring for programs aligned to local market priorities, including gReach, new grad and intern programs.
  • Provide an efficient applicant experience from application stage to offer.
  • Collaborate on the talent strategy of programs and initiatives to build a strong applicant pipeline.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and the business in developing strategies and driving conversion for program pipelines.
