Working experience: 6 years The above work experience
Recruitment experience requirements: More than 3 years of practical experience in the End-to-End recruitment process
Education requirements: University or above
Restrictions on majors: no limit (business management, finance related is preferred)
Language ability: good oral and written expression in Chinese, basic English reading ability

[Job Description/Positioning]
This position is responsible for the planning and execution of channel business talent recruitment projects. It requires complete end-to-end recruitment practical capabilities, rather than a simple administrative or resume screening role. It will directly participate in talent development, interview evaluation and recruitment decision-making suggestions, and assist the organization in expanding key business manpower.

1. Responsible for the complete recruitment process of the channel business system
. Demand interviews and job analysis
. Recruitment strategy formulation and pipeline planning
. Talent search and active development (Cold calling)
. In-depth interview and fitness assessment
. Registration process management
2. Talent market analysis and pipeline Operation
. Establish financial industry/business talent pool
. Operate Hunter, 104, campus and other channels
