As we expand our project pipeline, we are looking for a visionary and driven Project Manager to lead our team and deliver excellence.

Job Summary:

The Project Manager takes full ownership of the project from inception to successful completion. You will lead the project team to deliver results within scope, budget, time, and quality constraints, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

1.Project Leadership: Lead and manage the entire project team (including coordinators, supervisors, and subcontractors) to execute the project strategy.

2.Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, manage variations (VOs), approve progressive claims, and optimize resource allocation to ensure profitability.

3.Timeline Management: Develop comprehensive project schedules and ensure critical path milestones are achieved without compromising safety and quality.

4.Stakeholder Management: Main point of contact for clients, authorities (BCA, MOM, NEA, etc.), and consultants. Attend high-level project meetings.

5.Risk & Contract Management: Identify potential project risks early and implement mitigation plans ensure contractual obligations are met by all parties.

Requirements :

1.Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent recognized by PE Board / BCA Singapore.

2.Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project management within Singapore's engineering or construction sector.

3.Qualifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or Certified RE/RTO status is a significant advantage.

4.Competencies: Strong leadership, negotiation, and contract management skills. Deep understanding of Singapore building codes and construction laws.
