Role OverviewQUOC is seeking a highly organised, detail-driven Production Manager to own production execution and timelines across our footwear range. This role is critical to ensuring that product concepts move smoothly and predictably from development into bulk production, on time and to quality expectations.The Production Manager will manage suppliers, production schedules, factory performance, and production risk. Working closely with Product, Operations, and external manufacturing partners, this role ensures that QUOC launches on time, at the right cost, and without surprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end development and production timelines for all footwear styles
- Build and actively manage critical path schedules for new launches and carry-over products across each department from marketing product brief to completion of goods
- Be the day-to-day contact for footwear factories and key suppliers
- Plan and manage factory capacity to meet seasonal demand and launch calendars
- Identify production risks early (timeline, cost, quality, capacity) and propose clear solutions
- Work with developer to negotiate quality standards, cost, MOQ and delivery with the factory
- Prepare and production costing and lead-time inputs for commercial decisions
- Ensure products meet cost and margin targets before purchase order approval
- Work closely with Product Design & Development to ensure designs are production-ready
- Coordinate with Operations and Ops Support to enable smooth handover to sales and marketing and on-time launches

- 2+ years experience in manufacturing or project management, ideally in footwear, sports or premium products
- Experience with cost negotiation, MOQs, and lead-time management
- Hands-on experience working directly with factories and suppliers, preferably in Asia
- Strong knowledge of footwear construction, materials, tooling, and manufacturing processes
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
