MAIN FUNCTION:
Lead the product strategy and sourcing execution for the AI Storage Solutions portfolio. This role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and integrating high-performance storage technologies optimized for AI training and inference workloads. The position acts as a bridge between R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, and key technology partners (e.g., NVIDIA, storage vendors), ensuring competitive solution positioning, cost optimization, and long-term lifecycle management.
The role combines product planning, vendor sourcing, and solution enablement to deliver scalable and market-aligned storage platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent technical field (technical understanding is essential).
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Sourcing, or Storage-related industries.
- Strong understanding of AI infrastructure and storage architecture, including storage controller technologies (e.g., NVMe/RAID controllers), their specifications, functional capabilities, and performance impact on AI workloads. Ability to evaluate and select controllers in collaboration with vendors and engineering teams.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and commercial negotiations.
- Familiar with BOM cost structure and supply chain risk management.
- Hands-on experience with production management, NPI processes, and mass production readiness.
- Knowledge of AI ecosystem technologies (e.g., GPU acceleration, CUDA, containerized workloads).
- Strong analytical skills for market trend forecasting and competitive benchmarking.
- Experience preparing sales kits and technical marketing materials.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical features into business value.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Define and drive AI Storage solution architecture and portfolio strategy based on market demand, workload characteristics, and competitive positioning.
- Lead strategic supplier selection, technical validation, and cost benchmarking to ensure long-term competitiveness and supply stability.
- Collaborate with Engineering to align platform architecture with AI workload requirements and customer use cases.
- Own and manage the full Bill of Materials (BOM), including cost control, lifecycle management, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, including roadmap alignment and commercial negotiation.
- Work closely with Sales to provide technical solution positioning, competitive comparison, and customer-facing materials (e.g., sales kits, solution briefs).
- Support NPI (New Product Introduction) processes, ensuring smooth cross-functional execution from concept to mass production.
- Own solution cost structure, pricing framework, and margin optimization strategy to support revenue growth and profitability targets.
- Manage long-lifecycle strategy for industrial and enterprise customers, ensuring component continuity and revision control.
- Act as the primary strategic and technical interface with key ecosystem partners such as NVIDIA, Intel, and AMD, aligning roadmap direction and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry and partner events when necessary (10% travel).
- Assist in other areas, as assigned
