Provide administrative and coordination support to the PMO & Governance team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
Assist in project coordination and tracking, including maintaining project documentation, timelines, and status reports.
Support governance-related activities, such as documentation control, process tracking, and compliance follow-ups.
Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders, including IT teams, project managers, and business partners.
Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and spreadsheets for management review.
Support budget tracking, expense monitoring, and administrative reporting as required.
Manage and organize records, files, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Provide general administrative support, including logistics coordination, data entry, and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance PMO efficiency and governance effectiveness.
