About the Role
As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the efficiency, scalability, and excellence of Hytech's operational teams, aligning closely with our global mission to deliver top-tier digital transformation solutions to fintech and financial services clients. You will lead a team of operational professionals, oversee end-to-end operational workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technology, risk, and client success teams to ensure seamless service delivery. This role requires a strategic mindset paired with hands-on operational expertise, as you will balance day-to-day team management with long-term process optimization, directly contributing to the success of our institutional trading and cryptocurrency exchange partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily team operations, managing work assignments for team members, setting quarterly and annual KPIs, and conducting comprehensive performance reviews.
- Proactively coordinating and resolving issues within the team, across other company functional departments, and with third-party vendors.
- Facilitating seamless communication between front-end sales and back-end support teams, ensuring smooth workflows and optimizing end-to-end operational processes.
- Mastering full business workflows, providing hands-on support, training, and guidance to team members to collectively meet and exceed work objectives.
- Reporting team performance, work progress, and presenting actionable solutions to team challenges to department leadership on a monthly basis.
- Prioritizing business processing tasks based on client needs and real-time operational status to drive team efficiency.
Requirements
- Professional Experience & Management Expertise: Minimum 5 years of working experience in operations, with at least 3 years of proven management experience
- Industry Background: Strong background from fintech or brokerage companies; candidates with experience in Taiwan's local securities industry, brokerage firms, fintech space are highly preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin, capable of communicating effectively in cross-functional and international settings.
- Leadership & Teamwork: Exceptional teamwork spirit, strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills
- Operational & Personal Competencies: High self-discipline, proactive learning ability, and a solution-oriented mindset with strong logical and critical thinking
