Operation Officer, Terminal

Responsibilities:

• Support TerminalDuty Manager and Assistant Manager, Terminal Operation in monitoring real-time terminal operations in HKIA including airline operations, contractors services, Customs, Immigration and Quarantine formalities, licensees operations according to the prescribed standards to ensure delivery of quality services

• Supervise service contractors / licensees performance to ensure quality services at prescribed standard and prepare reports for noncompliance cases

• Respond to emergency / airport disruptions and carry out specific emergencies response for business recovery to maintain safe, secure and efficient operation and business environment for all airport users

• Enforce AA Bylaws, conduct on scene investigation and prepare operation log, incident / accident reports

• Coordinate, supervise events and work projects within HKIA in an organized manner

• Required to work on shift duties

Requirements:

• Degree holder and fresh graduate are welcomed associate degree or higher diploma with minimum 2 years relevant work experience, or secondary education level with at least 4 years work experience will also be considered

• Associate degree / higher diploma, or secondary education level with only 2 years work experience will be considered as Operation OfficerTrainee

• Hands-on experience in customer service, airport operation or sizable transport facility is preferred

• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office application

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
