Operation Officer, Landside Innovation %26 Operations

Responsibilities:

• Support Landside Duty Manager/ Assistant Manager to monitorday-to-day operations at SkyPier Terminal, Ground Transportation Centre, Car Parks and the road network

• Perform daily patrolsin the assigned area and coordinate withtechnical staff for the repair and maintenance of defects

• Respond to incidents and communicate with internal and external parties for assistance, remedial actions and solutions

• Supervise and coordinate the service contractors, including road management, taxi services, indoor and exterior cleaning and landscaping, to ensure quality services delivery

• Maintain effective communication with the business partners and government departments to ensure smooth airport operations

• Enforce AA Bylaws, conduct on-scene investigationsand prepare incident/ accident reports for necessary actions of management

• Handle and prepare daily operation logs and reports

• Perform ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned

• Required to work on shift duties

Requirements:

• Degree holder and fresh graduate are welcomed associate degree or higher diploma with minimum 2 years relevant work experience, or secondary education level with at least 4 years work experience will also be considered

• Associate degree / higher diploma, or secondary education level with only 2 years work experience will be considered as Operation Officer Trainee

• A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, enthusiastic and self-motivated

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage

• Holder of a valid HK driving license with Class 1 endorsement. Holder with Class 2 endorsement is preferred
