Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Office Assistant role based in Taipei. The Office Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing office equipment, performing clerical duties, and answering and directing phone calls. Responsibilities also include ensuring efficient communication and supporting the team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in Phone Etiquette and adept at handling calls professionally
  • Experience with Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to support office operations
  • Strong Communication skills to assist with internal and external correspondence
  • Knowledge of Office Equipment and ability to maintain and manage it
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or other common office software
  • Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is a plus
