E-Commerce Assistant for California Sports Sunglass Brand (Cycling, Baseball, Racquet)

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-Commerce Assistant located in Taipei City. The E-Commerce Assistant will manage online store operations, liaise with customers to ensure a quality service experience, and support the sales team in optimizing digital sales strategies. Daily responsibilities include analyzing e-commerce performance, maintaining online store content, managing customer inquiries, and assisting with promotional activities to drive revenue. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be a key aspect of this role.

• Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online store operations and support growth initiatives
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with customers effectively and resolve inquiries
• Proficient Analytical Skills to assess e-commerce data and drive data-informed decision-making
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using e-commerce platforms and tools; familiarity with digital marketing is a plus
• Passion for cycling and the sports industry is highly desirable
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
