Mechanical Engineer, Advisory

ME JOB description:

Responsible for system placement, mechanical design, development schedule control, cost review and RFQ feedback etc.
The detailed responsibilities are:
.  New project RFQ response.
.  System placement and mechanical design proposal creating .
.  System and Chassis detailed design (CAD files).
.  Generate 2D drawings for tooling suppliers prior to tooling start or mass production.
.  Collaborate with the internal product development team on material selection, part design and manufacturing feasibility.
.  Failure analysis and solution evaluation.
.  Assist shock & vibration engineer to perform the shock & vibration test.
.  Perform tolerance analysis.
.  Generate PCBA DXF.
.  Generate mechanical BOM and EC management.
.  Perform mechanical related test
