As part of their continued expansion, they are looking to appoint a Manager, FP&A & Corporate Development to support both financial performance management and corporate development initiatives.
Description
Reporting to the regional finance leadership team, you will play a dual role across FP&A and M&A initiatives, driving financial planning processes while supporting strategic investment and transaction activities across the Group.
Financial Planning & Analysis
Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes across the Group
Monitor financial performance and conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
Analyse financial, operational and commercial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
Develop and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning and decision-making
Prepare clear and concise management reports for senior leadership and investors
Commercial Business Partnering
Partner closely with Business Unit leaders and functional heads to support financial planning and performance management
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency and profitability
Translate complex financial data into practical insights for non-finance stakeholders
Forecasting & Long-Term Planning
Lead revenue and cost forecasting, incorporating both market trends and internal business drivers
Evaluate financial implications of strategic initiatives and changing operating conditions
Support long-term planning, budgeting alignment and performance tracking
M&A and Corporate Finance
Support end-to-end M&A activities, including both buy-side and potential sell-side transactions
Conduct financial due diligence, valuation analysis and synergy assessments
Build and review financial models to support investment decisions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors on transaction execution
Reporting & Process Improvement
Strengthen and streamline reporting processes to improve accuracy, timeliness and efficiency
Contribute to building scalable and best-in-class FP&A frameworks
Leverage financial systems, data tools and automation to enhance reporting and analysis capabilities
Profile
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A and/or M&A
Strong financial modelling skills and solid understanding of financial statements
Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau or equivalent)
Experience leveraging data tools or automation to improve reporting and analysis is an advantage
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities
Professional certifications (e.g. CPA, CFA) will be advantageous
Willingness to travel occasionally as required
