Job Description

We are looking for a Manager/Assistant Manager, Sponsorship & Event Operations to support the delivery of a regional sports sponsorship hospitality progra m. In this role, you will manage end-to-end participant logistics, deliver clear and engaging communications, and support seamless execution across multiple markets. You will also play a key role in coordinating stakeholders, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining a high-quality participant experience aligned with brand standards.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Event Logistics & Operations

  • Manage end-to-end participant logistics for regional sponsorship hospitality programs, including registration, travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, transfers), and on-ground support.

  • Coordinate closely with local market teams, vendors, and event partners to ensure smooth execution and alignment across all touchpoints.

  • Oversee on-site operations during events, proactively troubleshooting issues and ensuring a seamless participant experience.

2. Participant Communications & Engagement

  • Develop and deliver clear, timely, and audience-appropriate communications to participants, including invitations, confirmations, itineraries, and event updates.

  • Create engaging content and materials that enhance the overall participant experience before, during, and after the event.

  • Ensure consistency in messaging and tone across all communications, aligned with sponsorship branding and objectives.

3. Stakeholder & Program Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment on program objectives and execution plans.

  • Support coordination of regional sponsorship hospitality initiatives, ensuring a premium and well-orchestrated experience.

  • Prepare briefing materials, updates, and operational summaries to support stakeholder alignment and decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or a related discipline.

  • 4-5 years experience in event management, preferably within sports events, sponsorship, or hospitality programs.

  • Proven experience managing event logistics, participant coordination, and multi-stakeholder projects.

  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal), with the ability to craft clear, structured, and engaging content.

  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and markets.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Cvent.
